SA Foundation offers Fundamental Computer Literacy which is designed for beginners who want to learn the basics of computer operations, including using software applications, navigating the internet, and understanding computer hardware. Through hands-on activities and simple explanations to gain the essential skills to feel comfortable and confident using a computer.

General objective of the program is development of human resources with a view to expediting empowering and economic development. Specific objective is to empower poor young men and women from rural areas and urban slums with vocational training so they could find gainful employment either as self- or as wage-employed and pull themselves and their families out of poverty.
